Promoting Interest in the Library

It is the function of the Regional Library Board to adopt policies for the library system, to promote interest in the Library and to authorize and negotiate funding for the regional library budget proposed by the Director for the operation of the Library System. Membership on the Regional Board consists of three members from each county Library Board in the Region. The Board meets the third Tuesday in January, April, August and October at 5:00 PM at alternate libraries in the System. For a list of names on your current Governing Board, please ask the staff at your local library.
